Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Sasti Almirah, we believe good clothes deserve another chance! Since we sell preloved clothing, some items may have minor signs of previous use. Each item is cleaned, ironed, and checked before dispatch.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return or exchange requests may be considered for the following reasons:

1. Damaged or defective item: The item has a broken zipper, tear, or significant damage that was not mentioned in the product description.

2. Wrong item received: You receive an item different from the one you ordered.

3. Missing pieces or accessories: A piece of a clothing set or an accessory advertised as included is missing from your order.

4. Significant size or measurement mismatch: We mention the size shown on the garment's original tag. If no original size tag is available, we provide our own size estimate. A return or exchange may be considered if the actual size or measurements differ significantly from the details advertised.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number and contact details.

• Clear photos showing the issue.

• Photos of the size tag or relevant measurements, where applicable.

Please contact us before sending any item back. We will review your request and share the return instructions if it is approved.

3. Return & Exchange Conditions

• Items must remain in the same condition as received and must not be washed, altered, or further damaged.

• Minor signs of wear consistent with preloved clothing are not considered defects when they are consistent with the product description and photos.

• Slight colour variations caused by lighting or screen settings are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

• Change-of-mind requests and requests based on minor imperfections disclosed in the product description are generally not accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

• Return or exchange requests will be reviewed based on the reported issue and the information provided.

4. Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

A flat courier charge of Rs. 300 will apply to eligible returns or exchanges and will be payable by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

All orders at Sasti Almirah are placed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

If you have paid for your order and your refund request is approved, we will contact you to collect the necessary account details and confirm the refund method.

Refunds will only be issued for payments that have actually been made. If an order has not been paid for, no payment refund will be due.

Where required, the returned item must be received and checked before the refund is processed. Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
